I have played this game for long time, but when this game about crashing again and again I deleted it and download again. But when I'm play again it doesnt load my shark, when I'm check my gamecenter the achievment that I got still save, but why when I'm played again I can't load my shark?

This is because you deleted the app which deleted all of your previous progress.
You can't get any of it back, sorry to say. You'll have to start from where you are and just build back up to where you were. There isn't any way to save the game and load progress.
Wha about all the in game purchases for this game? Can you get them back after you deleted them or are they lost also?
