To get cyborg easily go to survival win until you play ranked match.10 th match beat him then right as you start the 11th guy pause and click title it will say you unlocked cyborg there you go hope this helps 
))

It works,beat the 8th guy and you can unlock cyborg, cyborg is a good character it has 2 type of power the big arm and the missile

To unlock the robot all you have to do is win the first player you face in survival then quit and it should tell you that you unlocked him at least that's what I did
