You must will a tournament with only moving for words and backwards. You can also jump. But nothing else.
Its easy. All you have to do is win a tournament without uses kick jump dash or counter-attack. So all you can do is move and jump
It's hard to get him, I've already did the tournament without doing the task you need to do to unlock him and I didn't get it :'( just keep trying ...
