I was wrongfully accused of having a illegal program?

I have three farms on three different I-pads and I was transferring a lot of product from one farm to the next and they said they detected an illegal program on just one of the farms. I have been playing this game for 3 years and love it, but when I tried to explain what I was doing they would not listen. They did no investigation, nothing. So they took my ability to buy and sell product away from me and basically killing my farm. This was not right since I did nothing wrong. I tried on several occasions to talk with them to resolve this but they refused to help me in any way. Is there anything I can do about this problem?

Contact support immediately through Help and Support in-game:
1. Open your Hay Day app - Settings - Help and Support.
2. Tap on the search bar and type “Help”
3. On the bottom of the page, click “Contact Us”
4. Write your message on the blank spot, and then put your name and email too.
5. You can also attach screenshots by tapping on the image icon in the top right corner.
