How can we follow a farm whose name is known to me but we are not friends??

I want to follow a farm whose name is known to me. But I don't want to be friends with her. Or I don't want to be in the same neighborhoods. So can I follow that farm and if yes, How?

You can follow other players’ farms by visiting them and tapping the "Bookmark" icon on the right side of their avatar.

After you have followed a farmer, he/she will show up in your friends list with a blue frame.
