My son and I are friends on facebook, but why can't he see me on Hay Day when I can see him?
He can see all other Facebook friend players and go to their farms, but he cannot see me or go to my farm. Reminder: I can see him and go to his farm. Please help!

According to Facebook Hay Day Support - Supercell:
If you’re having trouble finding your friend, make sure that you have signed into the Facebook account connected to your farm using the official Facebook app.
In addition to being correctly connected to your apps - sometimes when there are a lot of users online it can take a while for the friends and followers list to load correctly. To speed up this process you can restart the app:
1. Press the home button to exit Hay Day;
2. Double tap the Home button to show the open apps;
3. Or double-tap, press and hold the Home button depending on the type of Android device you are using;
4. Locate the Hay Day app;
5. Swipe the application upwards in order to close it;
6. Restart Hay Day
If you are playing on an Apple device, before launching Hay Day make sure you have signed into Game Center using your Apple ID.
