Connection failed could not connect to the server error code 11

Connection failed could not connect to the server error code 11 try again, this is the message I get when I want I go to HayDay it's been like this for almost a week? Are there fixes for this, tried uninstalling app, reinstalling app, nothing seems to work, please help?
