How do you get gift cards?

I think it's completing boat orders for other players.

The gift cards don't automatically come, you have to wait it's like everything else in hayday takes a while.

If you open up the tab tat says friends, followers, last helpers, etc. The first tab going left to right is an exclamation mark and that will show you witch friends need help and you can get gift cards by helping people

Helping others will generate thank yous but not all thank yous come with a gift card. Use the explanation mark tab on your friend button. But you can also go to the paper and look for explanation marks by those selling and look for boat help or plants that need reviving.

Find an exclamation mark and then revive a tree or help a boat order

to get your farm back you must use your gift cards to purchace from the mail box right beside the one that has your newspaper in it.

Other players can send you gift cards when you help them. You can help them revive trees or with boat orders. It depends on the level your're in, but boat orders are harder to help with (you need to have a surplus of certain items). To help revive a tree, you just need to touch a tree that has an exclamation mark on it, and it also kinda moves. To search people that need help, if you don't have too much friends or followers, you can search the newspaper. People that need some sort of help have an exclamation mark on their avatar.
