If you do not fill a boat box and it leaves it does not count against you at all. However if you do fill all of the boat boxes you will get a token and extra points to level if the boat leaves before you get to fill all of the boxes then you will only recieve the money for the items that you did fill.
For Example: Say your boat came and you had to fill wheat bread and cream and you did not finish the cream but you filled the rest then when ever you fill the wheat you will get like 90 Coins.
