Well if you beat the game, go to Pole Position, let the private stripper take 300, and outside will pop up a money circle for a revenue max of 7000, collect it after going to other revenue places, and the first place you got to will be around 1000-2000 maybe more by the time you get back to Pole Position.

Also, If you want free money just kill a lot of people or do rampages, those should help.

Ive got an answer. Robbing The Hardware stores for money. This only requires a gun of any type preferably one with a sight or scope e.g kruger, sniper rifle. Point the gun at the man at the checkout.(NOTE: Jump over the desk and get to the store clerks side) While pointing the gun at him, money will start to appear on the desk. (MUST KNOW: A wanted level will increase.) DO NOT take the gun off him or he will duck down and the money will stop appearing. NOTE maximum of four stacks of money will appear and that will equal $1000. Once collected money drive to another hardware store and do the same thing. By the time you have driven to another hardware store the man at the store you had just left will be available for more stealing.
