When the train reaches Red County, you will be chasing the train from atop a cliff. When the cliff is higher than a train, jump onto the train with your bike. Shoot all of the Vagos before it crosses the bridge. If Big Smoke does not get off, it's okay; the invisible barrier will push the bike and Smoke off the train.
