Change the bluetooth host adress of the controller to the same as the iphone (it looks like a mac address. Settings > general > about) with sixaxis pair tool on your pc.
Download btstack, download "controllers for all" (both in cydia) activate btstack, open gta sa and wait for a message on the top to show and press the ps button. Play it
