just go on to youtube and type in gta 3 hw to complete sayonara savotore.

Park a large vehicle (bus, garbage truck, police swat van, etc) in front of the garage door at savatore's house. Then wait until they all pull up, they should only attempt to pull in the garage a few times until they exit the car, when they do, run them over or gun them down, as soon as you kill savatore his guys will stand down. I recommend also getting a shield beforehand and sleeping with a prostitute to get your health up to 125. Also grenades or high power automatic weapons are of course also highly recommended all of which can be bought at the ammunation on the second island.
