I'm on the second island and I'm at this yard place I was going to get in this truck sort of thing but I pressed the car door button and it seemed as if it was locked, how do I unlock it?

You can't go find another or get another car and ram into the door until it falls off
I do not think you can open locked doors correct me if I am wrong, to get into an running police door try to open it then get in it after he catches you. Remember you get one star
Try ramming the car and wait for it to respawn then it should be unlocked
Destory the door and get in. Use another car to do this. Dont use the Rhino tank otherwise it will blow it up.
