How do you finish the mission when you have a sniper rifle and B-ball's helping?

Go up the stairs to get on top of the building, then shoot the two guys standing each side of the ramp, then shoot all the guys on the boat, if you shoot the red barrels it can kiss a lot of people in the blast. You have to kill everyone on the boat to finish it.
