Is there a cheat to die because my guy is stuck between a wall and my car and cannot do anything

The exact same thing happened to me... I think that I ended up blowing the car up or reloading the game(menu, load game then select your game)
This has happened to me many times and no there isn't a cheat the only way you can get out of that situation is by simply throwing a grande next to the car and wait till it blows up .
My guy is stuck and can't do anything but turn
All you need to do in blow up the car with a Molotov Gernads or just shoot the car with a gun flamthrower shotgun bazooka m16 ak47
I'm stuck and it won't let me throw a grenade or shoot the car
Try to do run in a circle,sometimes it helps you're guy to fall down
