If you're talking about the bridge to the second island, you have to finish all of your storyline quests in with the Mafia. If you encounter a mission where Salvatore will tell you to go to a car; Maria will tell you that Salvatore is leading you to a trap. Go and talk to Maria, she will lead you to a boat and you will drive it to the second island where you will join the Yakuza

I was completed all mission and wait for about 4 to 5 week but it not repair

There is a glitch to get over to the second island. You can look it up on YouTube it isn't hard I do it all the time

You can't... BUT - You can use a glitch for the iPad. Go to where the crusher and Easy Credit Autos are. Go on those docks up there, stay on the docks but go near the tunnel which is closed. Next, drive your car and park it at the very edge, leaving only a little bit of space between it, but not too much. You have to make sure you fall into the water. Don't worry, you will not drown, instead you will be on top of the bridge, jump over that blue wall, and run. When you want to jump, go to the very edge and you will fall and land on Staunton island or Shoreside Vale. Hope it helped! Smile

Instead of doing that you can write on the Google GTA3 FINSHED GAME FOR ANDROID OR IOS and then press on a website and download it but you should have a file manger that opens the zip after you open it move the GTA3sf1.b or an sf and to the folder of GTA3 or rockstar.games.com in the folder were you find a folder written in it Gtasf1or2.b .
And then enter Gta3 and go to start game and you will find a load game enter it.
