To to Wikipedia, search BATTLE OF RED CLIFFS and your answer will come, you see that battle of red cliffs is another of those boring battles and you just need to get the same score as the year it was fought in.

The Battle of the Red Cliffs started in 208 A.D., so you must end a game with the score 208 in order to unlock the Firecracker Blade.
