Right now, this worked on fm 2008 for psp so all you have to do is put a bid with enoough money for the player and if it is accepted cancel the offer and place a new bid of the same price for the player you want, as soon as you have made the bid go on holiday for 1 week this should hopefully meam your assisstant has offered the player a contract and he should sign for you, you can get any player with this cheat

It cannot predicted, you must holiday for a month in january or maret/April (3 months after jauary). This is work for me :D
To get money offer your players to clubs when someone makes you an offer put this up to 150m then press home. Go back into your inbox open the same offer and accept.
