You can. Put your iPod or iPhone in Airplane mode. Download iExplore or any PC/Mac based program that lets you explore the files on your device. Plug your device into your computer and explore. Fine the FishFarm directory and look for the .XML file. Drag it to your desktop and drop it into an open window of Internet Explorer. Click File and choose Edit In Word. Now change the price of fish. If you want to GET money for buying a fish, enter a negative number (-/a minus sign). Drag the file back to your device and replace the old one. Run the game and have away.
This also works well with all Tap Fish games.
Another trick is to buy fish, exit out, change the time on your iPad, restart breed and sell, repete!
