Has anyone scouted a CDM that has a rating above 90 or 91?

Has anyone scouted a CDM that has a rating above 90 or 91?

I have not been able to find a CDM above 91 but I'd imagine there is one or two with a better rating than that. If so, where did you find him and was it in a deep search or another level of search?

Scouted England. Got H.Harding at a young age . CDM . Always grows upto 90-91. Also his long shots are always on target. One of those never getting tired players with a golden foot. Easily scoutable.
Also scout Germany. They have a lot of good defensive players (Oberlechner, Flitzpatrick) . England , Spain, Italy, America, Rest of Europe, holland, And finally Africa. These countries have always provided amazing players. Keep scouting them.
