Play 5 or 6 seasons when runs out of contract at santos Neymar becomes available in the transfer window under free agents. You can't buy him from Santos I even offered 100,000,000 and that was refused!!

Is this a bug or a glitch that may have been fixed in a recent update?

Not the easiest or most convenient but one idea is to join Santos in the beginning and sell off Neymar to some other club. By doing this you can switch over to another club at the end of the season and then sign Neymar from that club. It kind of restricts what club you can choose later but hey, at least you get neymar!

When I tried to sign neymar it says negotiating. Then it says after 1 match, you have failed to sign neymar, as a result x amount of dollars has been added back to your budget.
