When you open the ini file to adjust the start up money or winning per game, you can't be notepad or whatever text editor you use cannot read the ini file. It shows up as a bunch of strange characters. It has nothing to do with the iPhone 5. I installed Fifa 13 on an iPhone 4s and iPhon 5 and still could not read the ini file. I guess EA is getting smarter about these things.
We need an ini viewer for the new fifa 13 for iphone.
