Does the expand option disappear after reaching $12,000? I can't see the pink expand sign anymor

I am on level 98 and have kept expanding my store by spending the money that was asked. I have just spent the $12,000 asked for expanding..my shop expanded and now I can no longer see the pink expand sign to allow for further expansion. Can I no longer expand my store now?
