You can level up by buying and ordering things when you have something that has been there in the rack or the counter for a long time you can tap on it and it might say 'TAP TO COLLECT' if it does you tap it again and you will get more points to level up and some money oh and also by doing your goals sometimes you will get gems and points and other times coins and points it will tell you your reward on the bottom hope this helps
