Why do the broken hearts appear when they are done looking in the mirror or dressing room??

I don't know, but you can help it! Put a mirror+changing room close to the cash register and they'll instantly buy it!

Don't block in your cashier. They need to be able to get out (altho of course they don't move) but if you put things right next to both sides you get broken hearts. There must be a clear space on at least one side. Can usually get better if you just move stuff over one spot. IMO. Good luck! Add me if you're still playing. BelovedsBest
