Close the app completely then open. It back up! For some reason on fashion story if you r trying to order clothes this happens sometimes. I think it's because someone is trying to tip while you order.
All you have to do is turn off the app, completely shut off your device(hold down the power button) and then turn back on and try again! That happens all the time to me and that is what I do!
