Why do my gems disappear when I haven't purchased anything?

This is because you probably accepted unintentionally a purchase of 10 000 coins for 10 gems when you did not have enough money to buy cloths. This happened to me twice so I lost 20 gems !!!!!!!!
TeamLava has issues with the game quite a lot. This happens to me all the time, so don't think you did anything wrong, it's just TeamLava. But I know, it really stinks. Hope this helps!
