Sadly, no. But you can get pretty close by digging two (2) blocks down, place a trampoline block (dark block that makes you jump) at the bottom, then an ice slope on top of the trampoline, stand on for about ten seconds or more (depending on how high you want to go) then when you're ready, break the ice slope and it will send you above the clouds!
P.S I got this from another cheat on this website.
