It is saying req. Capacity-15000 but mine is 16000 but still I am not able to go to div.3?

In order for you to advance through the next division, you need to:
Finish in the top 3 to get to division 2.
Finish in the top 2 to get to division 1.
Finish in the top 1 to advance through Elite Division.
After that, you need to finish 1st in the Elite Division to advance through the International Cup.
If you win the International Cup, you’ll be able to enter the Allstar cup.
