You can only create a maximum of 2 players from each rating.
You must advance to the next division in order to create 2 more.
The rating for your created player increases through the divisions:
Academy & 3rd Division - Normal (80-83)
2nd & 1st Division - Silver (85-88)
1st & Junior Elite Division - Gold (90-93)
Elite Division - Black (95+)
Go to your “Transfer” tab - create your own player by clicking the gray box option on the upper left side of your screen.
