Press multiplayer then press local bluetooth gamecenter or wifi then press create game after that the name of the other perons device should show up press then press accept in the bottom right corner you should then be able to pay
It doesnt give the multiplayer option
First player 1 to on mobile hotspot and connect other with this hotspot
After you want open the game
There you see multiplayer mode click it
And again player 1 to create wifi hot spot by minimize the game
The last step not requires in some android phone
