Clients won't enter gym?

My special clients won't enter my gym. I mean the ones who have specific fitness schedules and goals, and who visit on several occasions. Everything was fine up until yesterday. Then they just get stuck on "walking to gym" status and they just stand on the corner of the street outside and won't come into the gym. It's not because the gym is crowded, a message pops up if that's the case. It just stays on "I'm walking to gym", then after a while they appear inside the gym, standing by the door (leaving, not arriving), with failed tasks?

Any ideas of what's wrong or how to fix it? I have shut the app down completely (several times), rebooted my iPad, turned it off and back on again. Not really sure what else to do.

Anyone else experiencing this glitch?
