I think you use the cloud maker pencil and you color it in so it makes lightning. But make sure you don,t make the cloud under you.

Water all the little blue flowers so the bees will go to them once the path of bees is cleared go up there and you go left there will be a stick thingy you have to draw a thunder cloud above it once you've done that go back to the Frankenstein then he will come alive

You go to the antenna and draw lighting above it and then go back to the bottom and then draw lighting over franking stain and he shooed come to life

First you see like a bunch of bees and flowers draw each above the flower a line when you are done and the bees clear the path go to the left and you c a sparkling stick and you draw above scribbly lines and when It stop sparkling you enter the castle and frankstien arise
