You need to get 100 earth dragon crests. Kabam will let you know when they can be obtained and from which wild you can receive them.

You attack mountains mainly lvl 10 but lower can give you.
"You can obtain an Earth Dragon Egg by combining 100 Earth Dragon Crests. Earth Dragon Crests can be found by attacking Level 6 Hills with your Great Dragon. "
