Question for Doomsday Preppers

I recently obtained several bottles of Swanson Certified Organic EVOO cold pressed with exp date 12/09 after a prepper friend passed away. The EVOO was sealed, kept underground in the cold. The oil is solidified and we have several bottles. Upon bringing back to room temp it is clear and does not smell bad or taste any different that I can tell. Can you please tell me if this is something that is most likely still good and safe to use or should I toss it? Thanks for your help.
