I have reached level 100. It now says new level coming soon. How do I get this to activate?

You can't activate a level that does not exist. If it says 'coming soon' it's because soon you'll be able to level up. Recently they've added new levels so I'm sure that now you can.

I think Dimond dash is unlimited on the levels. I'm on level 144 an rising. It's insane.
