The Final Battle of Chapter One was difficult! I will list the steps I did in order of how I did them, but at this point I had acquired some abilities through purchases I had made that you may need to use the strategy I did.
At one point I'd accepted a Client gift which gave me the bonus ability of Ego Boost.

In Round 1, I cross examined Witness 1(with 9 damage points) until eliminated. You may need to replay the case several times to eliminate the witness.
I then expert analysed the evidence - again, you may need to repeat this until it's eliminated.
I then mesmerised the 2nd Witness.

In Round 2, I objected Richard Brooks and Hypnotised the witness.

In Round 3, I used Ego Boost and Cross Examined the Witness, which should eliminate the Witness and allow you to win the case.

In Round 1, you may need to replay a few times to win. Also, you may need to play the steps I used in a different order as this does help to make the odds play in your favour. (like first mesmerise the witness, then try to use cross examine on the witness instead of first cross examining the witness on each shot).
