Ok. So to get a flamethrower, an energy cannon etc, the game wont let you trade other players for one because you have the free version. For example, if your playing a game and you want to get more levels, then you have to buy the game. Same thing for deepworld. You have to be a premium to get good guns. The premuim account features new biomes and allows you to trade people all types of guns.
I got flamethrower without and I was not premium
You have to upgrade skill points and usually need crystals to make gun turrets but if you want a regular gun you can upgrade automata to 2 and have to get 2 gun barrels and 1 rifle stock to make a rifle!
