Delete the game and re-download it. When you open it back up, it will say that a game was saved recently, and if you want the load it back up. Select no, and you'll start over again.
Instead of re installing the game you can go to settings >
Applications > and press CSR racing tab there you can select clear data option. Open the game , It will ask you to restore or continue press continue that will give you a new profile.
