In the syndicate wars? Your syndicate leader or player with ability to start battle will initiate one with a rival syn. You then try to attack and gain the most points out of the enemy players before the hour long battle is over. You can attack players or their wall but wall gives less points so try finding lower stat players then yourself
. It is helpful to have "scouts" to scout out enemy stats
