Question for Crime City

I lost my phone. I bought a new one but I forgot my account password for Crime City on my Iphone. How do I get back to my old game??

If iOS phone:
Send in a support ticket with the following information:
- Your old character's invite code (if you have it)
- Your old character's name (case sensitive) and level
- The UDID of your new device
- The invite code of the new character showing up on your new device

If Android phone:
Send:
- Your old character's 9-digit player ID, if you have it.
- Your old character's name (case sensitive) and level
- The 9-digit player ID of the new character showing up on your new device.

Note: You cannot transfer your account to an iOS device and vice versa.

If you start a new account from beginning you can contact gree and give info and I think they just upgrade new account.

I broke my last iPhone but I got a new iPhone 5 an I had iCloud on but I didn't get any of my information back for my game is it possible for me to get it back

I had to factory reset my phone and it deleted all my stuff. How can I retrieve my old game? I reinstalled it and it started me back at level 1. Also how long does it take for gree to solve this problem?
