I've been taken back to Level 1?

I was about level 190 of cookie jam yesterday - when I logged on today it has taken me right back to level 1, grrrr! Does anyone know why?

1. If you are on the wrong level number, please make sure your game is currently connected to Facebook on both devices.
2. It's very common for players to accidentally be disconnected from Facebook without them realizing it.
3. You can check by tapping on the gear icon on the right side of the screen. This will bring up the Settings screen.
4. If you are currently disconnected from Facebook, the big blue button in the center of the screen will say "Connect".
5. If this is what you see, tap on the Connect button to connect to Facebook.

Also, please make sure that you're running the latest version of your game by visiting your App Store and verifying there are no available updates. Playing the latest version of our games ensures that you'll have all of the most recent updates.
