How do you get the waffle out of the box in the middle of the game

Finally figured it out! You need to get a rainbow cake piece twice and then eliminate all of the like pieces to the one in the middle of the level. That will allow you to move on.
Rainbow cake pieces come when you knockout 5 or more in a row or your move eliminates several othr moves
You have to remove the cookies on the bottom row, in the middle, underneath the middle cookie. I used an ice cream bomb and the special cookie you get after removing four in a row combination. It exploded and the waffle was gone!
