How do you kick out a fellow leader?

Two of our leaders have quit playing. How do you get rid of them?

You can just leave the clan and make another with the same banner the same name
And you can have you're own clan
Make another clan and
You will have you're own clan

SuperCell must create a process for removing a bad leader. The new clan format where the clan gets higher in points, means people cannot just leave. Leaders are removed daily in the real world. SC must make the game realistic.

Someone hacked my email then he made him leader and kicked of my clan mates,he became clan leader how can I recover my clan
