Their are no cheats... Besides you should learn how to work for things. And not take the easy way out!
You should collect rent,business and help your neighbor to get coins..regarding your business,you need to build green houses,industrial buildings and factories to have some goods to support your business beforeyou can collect again.. Gems,you should buy using credit or sometimes,as you increase your level you can get gems..you need to work not just to ask..you can discover that.. If you can't buy house even you have coins,it's because your population exceeds your cap..so you have to build first some community building / wonders and you can build your homes again.. -meriellededios13
