Has anyone purchased the Holy Grapper (Chroisen 2) in the Chro store, which is supposed to automaticlally pick up dropped items from monsters? I did buy it, but I still have to manually pick up items. I contacted the developers.......but of course no answer.

Yes, I have holy grapper and everything going well, ( the only problem is the bag alway full of items after clear half of some end dungeons :P )
Maybe you disabled it, just click to it and enable it again !
