My build is 1 stat for str, agi and con. . . But you can do a 2 str 1 con or dex to maximize damage, or if crit based the 1st one is better.

I play my Shooter with Main Stats Str/Dex and little Luck. At the moment he is Lv72 and Stats are somewhere around Str/Dex 120, Luck 50 & Con 30.

Skills only the passives & Buffs + the Skill that creates a damaging Field for few secounds. Think it was the 2th Skill from the Shooter Skills.

With this Build & the Pots dropped by the Creatures, you will have a easy Game.
Only the Bosses can become hard, but with some Pots, good reflexes & the Damage Skill wich you can use as a Shield, they are easy too.

My personal shooter build goes in a 3-level cycle. +2 dex, +1 str; +1 dex, +1 str, +1 luck; +1 dex, +1 con, +1 int. That's a total of 2 str, 6 dex, 1 each of luck, int, and con per 3 levels. I also exploit high-speed capes, the horseman title (extracts mp), and a buggy-ish tendency for his first 2 skills in sequence to hit all enemies. Put together, I have a character that repeatedly crits every monster in the room with 2 skills then rapidly rounds up the items and mp dots they left behind, almost always leaving me at full mp again.

Bosses are different due to lack of mp dots, so I hit and run with normal combo or skills according to my natural mp regen until he starts going berserk, at which point I finish him with a trapping skill combo that takes most of my mp to pull off.

Tldr worry about exploiting your high crit (points in dex) OP skill combo and hit and run instead of worrying about con and int, since you will be fast and deadly enough to not take a lot of hits. Also use horseman title instead of points in int.
