I'm Lv14 now
But I can't build Spire of Love and it didnt show in my buliding list
Can anybody tell me what's wrong on me :(

Nothing's wrong, don't worry this happened to me too. Sometimes the Spire of Love gets a bit glitchy, simple re-start the game after turning off your device and the correct building list, which should be 2 x Pink Dye instead of the money it sometimes asks for.
