How do you get the golden egg, apple, and nugget on castle story?

Golden Egg will drop from a normal chicken.
Golden apple.. You need to purchase the Apple tree for 90 Gems and it will drop from it. (not sure of another way around this).
I haven't figured out the golden nugget.
Golden apple also comes from rainbow garden
Golden nuggets sometimes drop from rock outcroppings, sparkling mines, and deep mines.
Golden nuggets come from sparkling mines and clearing rocks. Apples come from the apple tree. Golden eggs come from hatcheries & chickens.
